Workplace CLIENT: Ensemble Health Partners PROJECT TYPE: Building Repurpose SERVICES PROVIDED: Mechanical Electrical Plumbing Fire Protection Construction Administration LOCATION: Sharonville, Ohio SIZE: 400,000 SF Ensemble Health Partners Offices PEDCO now IMGEworked with BHDP Architecture and Cushman & Wakefield to renovate the 300,000 SF Procter & Gamble Sharon Woods Innovation Center (SWIC) and add a 100,000 SF addition for Ensemble Health Partners (EHP). The existing 54-acre research and development facility was converted to accommodate a densely packed call center. PEDCO now IMEG partnered with BHDP Architecture and Danis Construction on a Design Assist approach to develop the HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and architectural designs. The design assist approach included predesign meetings with Danis Construction’s HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical subcontractors to develop a collaborative design approach that would maximize the existing infrastructure while meeting the desired construction cost and schedule established by Cushman Wakefield and Danis Construction. The project was delivered to Ensemble Health Partners in less than two years from the initial investigation stage to occupancy. Back to Projects
