PEDCO Mechanical Engineer Graduates from ACEC Ohio Rising Leader Program Posted on February 11, 2020January 29, 2021 by Kelly Blake CINCINNATI, OH – PEDCO E & A Services, Inc. is proud to announce that Pete Rasche, P.E., LEED AP, CEM, will be graduating March 12th from the first ever ACEC Ohio “Rising Leader” Training program. Joe Hoffman, PEDCO President & COO, is excited for Pete for graduating from the first ever ACEC Ohio Rising Leader program. “Pete’s leadership inside and outside of the company is something I am very proud of. His determination to become a better employee and an overall person is hard to find. Congrats Pete!” The Rising Leader Program is presented by many ACEC branches nationwide, targets licensed Professional Engineers in ACEC member companies with a minimum of 8 years of industry experience and provides training in leadership and business management strategies to accompany their engineering knowledge. This program is 6 half day sessions covering 6 topics, and 25.5 hours of learning. The ACEC Organization represents more than 600,000 engineers, architects, land surveyors, and thousands of companies in the engineering industry in 52 states. Their mission is to strengthen the business environment for their member firms through government advocacy, political action, and business education.
