(www.pedcoea.com), a full-service engineering design firm, announced that Vice President Joe Hoffman has been appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO), a new position within PEDCO. Hoffman will continue to report to William Giesler, President & CEO of PEDCO. “Joe is a seasoned and trusted leader who consistently delivers results. He is uniquely qualified to drive accountability within PEDCO, with a focus on operational excellence,” said William Giesler, President & CEO, PEDCO. “I have tremendous confidence in Joe’s ability to align PEDCO’s technical expertise with industry-leading operational practices to drive and extend the next generation of PEDCO. Effective immediately, Hoffman will assume responsibility for Business Units, Disciplines, IT, and Office Services. Hoffman will be responsible for ensuring operation excellence across the company. “PEDCO’s long-term strategy is well aligned with our customer and technical service initiatives,” said Hoffman, Chief Operating Officer. “I am incredibly energized to help lead the company to its next phase of growth.” Hoffman joined PEDCO in 2014 from Environmental Quality Management (EQM) where he was Senior Vice President leading multiple teams providing consulting and technology solutions to clients in government and private industry. Before EQM, he had a 15-year career at Process Plus where he held the position of General Manager. While at Process Plus, he led the organization from start-up with only 13 employees to a thriving enterprise with over 100 employees generating over $20 million in annual revenue and delivered double-digit returns on stock value 13 out of his 15 years.
