(www.pedcoea.com), a full-service engineering and architecture design firm, announced the recent addition of a Senior Project Manager in the company’s Engineering Business Unit. Mr. Rusty Elchert will play a key leadership role in helping PEDCO grow a number of its strategic client relationships leading the client’s projects through the entire life cycle, ensuring delivery to time, cost, and quality. In addition, Rusty will work closely with the entire management team to enhance organizational efficiencies and drive business growth. “Rusty brings an impressive amount of project and client management experience to the PEDCO team,” said William Giesler, CEO/President of PEDCO. “His addition underscores PEDCO’s ongoing commitment to hiring the very best talent to provide our clients with superior service and customized engineering solutions.” Rusty has a Bachelor Degree in Architectural Engineering Technology from the University of Cincinnati and is a Registered Architect. He was most recently Retail Team Manager at BHDP Architecture where he, along with the Market Leader, was responsible for a 30-person retail team, developing resource and work plans, project budgets, proposal and contract reviews and employee training. In addition to his most recent role at BHDP, Rusty also was a Project Manager responsible for client leadership and project management.
