Serving And Supporting Our Community,
Our Neighbors And Each Other

PEDCO now IMEG deeply cares about supporting the vibrant communities in which we live and work. Rarely does a day go by that we aren’t actively involved in giving back to the communities that have given us so much. Our unique approach to outreach aims to impact those in need, both near and far; serving the Greater Cincinnati community, as well as individuals within the PEDCO now IMEG family.

Whether the needs are big or small, PEDCO now IMEG continues to provide positive influence with our PEDCO Cares program. We value team-building opportunities that combine fun, camaraderie, and positive change for our communities. With a variety of PEDCO Cares events, PEDCO now IMEG employees work together, support others, and have a great time along the way.

A Few of the Ways PEDCO Cares

PEDCO now IMEG team members have built two homes in the Cincinnati area and participated in the first annual “Nailed It” event, where we constructed frames at the Duke Energy Convention Center to help build four new houses.

PEDCO now IMEG has been involved with Cincinnati Canstruction for the past 20 years. All of the cans that are used are donated to the Cincinnati Freestore Food Bank.

PEDCO now IMEG pitched in at Pet Jam, raising over $12,000 for The League for Animal Welfare.

PEDCO now IMEG purchases toys for children in the Cincinnati area that are distributed to kids in need.

Cincinnati STEMulates

PEDCO now IMEG engineers donate their time to help underprivileged kids learn about Science, Technology, Engineering and Math.

In support of an employee who was diagnosed with lymphoma, PEDCO now IMEG purchased Team Zwick t-shirts for anyone who donated $25 or more to the cause.

Thanksgiving Food Drive

Each year, PEDCO now IMEG participates in Crossroads Thanksgiving Food Drive. In partnership with local churches, schools, civic organizations, and food pantries, Crossroads provides Thanksgiving meals to over 100,000 people in our communities.

Like all close families, we are always looking for ways to demonstrate our support for those we love. Over the years, we have provided our employees with Meal Trains, Gift Baskets, Gift Cards, and Donations to them and their loved ones who are sick, grieving or in need of help.
